To ensure the safety and integrity of the event, all guests applying for the VVIP Diamond Package and VIP Premium Package will be required to undergo identity verification prior to meeting with YOSHIKI. Please note that entry may be denied in certain circumstances based on security assessments.
Acceptable forms of identification:
All IDs must be valid (i.e., unexpired) and original physical copies must be presented. Photocopies or digital images will not be accepted.
Accepted forms of ID include:
• Passport
• Driver’s License
• My Number Card
• Student ID with photo
• Physical Disability Certificate
• Residence Card or Special Permanent Resident Certificate
Other forms of identification will not be accepted.
Important Notes
• Please follow all staff instructions. Guests who do not comply may be asked to leave the venue.
• Security checks, including metal detector inspections, may be conducted to ensure the safety of all guests and performers
• All VIP package attendees, including accompanying guests, must present valid ID at the reception desk on the day of the show. Entry to the venue will be refused if your identity cannot be verified.
• Applicants purchasing multiple tickets must provide the name and e-mail address of each accompanying guest at the time of registration.
Changes to companions will not be permitted after the lottery is finalized.
• However, in special circumstances, a change may be allowed upon request by the primary applicant. Please contact the VIP package administration office at least 7 days before the performance date to request a change. Please note that requests are not guaranteed to be approved.
• VIP package fees will not be refunded unless the performance is canceled or postponed.
• VIP Package fees are non-refundable, except in the case of performance cancellation or postponement.
• Even if you are unable to participate in certain VIP services, transfers or partial refunds will not be provided.
